Do you absolutely have to use pens and paper if you want to learn drawing? I have an iPad and an Apple Pencil, they seem to work perfectly fine, but practically every course demands that I must have stuff like brown drawing paper, certain kinds of pens, highlights, and other shit. "Just start drawing bro" my ass, this hobby demands more inventory upfront than fucking music.
