I have been meaning to draw it, I must comment that you did not include any design elements of judge dread or robocop. if you don't want to have its design to be reminicent of those other characters, consider referencing generic characteristic of law enforcement, like a silly hat, or a badge, because you wouldn't know its a cop without their coppers.
