sorry for assuming you would be able to make the connection on your own, you obviously need some help so i'll spell it out for you. the simpsons have a characteristically non-white feature (aka yellow skin, a blue afro in marge's case), but the audience can assume they're white because there are other characters in the show with more asian features (pic related). the characters are white until proven otherwise, which is the same logic you can apply to anime: they're japanese until proven otherwise. you want to argue that anime is drawn with whites as a model? sure, but give me something more substantial than "boo hoo hair colour eye colour." Facial structure is just a complete fallacy because most whites are too obese for anything resembling cheekbones or jawbones.
