You know what, forget being obsessed over nitpicking over anatomically correct, I dont have time for this shit, I'll just draw enough to have the composition in place. I'll practice paneling and actually start on background for manga, I can work on the detail after. Fuck it, if the reader can read some shitty third rate web comic then they can tolerate my anatomy a little bit.

depend where you live and how far are you willing to travel for work because generally almost all graduate end up jobless when they're out of school. Even while in STEM, fighting for an intern position is hard. You have to know that getting a job is not an instant gratification, it's a years of progress for most field, and it would be faster if you're active.
For instant, if you want to be an IT clerk you still need experience and nowaday they require you addition personal study and adapting to new business etiquette. There is no short path.
As an Artist you have promote yourself, and do personal project. Again no short path. But being passionate and active on either side will make it faster and maybe more enjoyable.

I participated in that LGBT artist awareness thing back in a few month ago and faked and my coming out story. I got 2k + followers now but it's already too late to go back. What do I do now?
