First off, design sucks ass. The only things that hint at her being reptilian are her tail and the belly. Seriously, play with that. I know you probably only drew her to jack off to, but still. Put a little effort in.

Next is your whole drawing itself. Super fucking messy. Idk what brush you use but you should switch to something more opaque. I say this because A: using something opaque and bold forces you to commit to a stroke. It's like using real life paint: once you put it down you can't undo it. So get confident. Also because LOOK AT IT. IT'S SO SCRIBBLY. Did you have a sketch? Because if so you need to layer your coloring under it, so you can keep everything tight.

Light source and color. Where the hell is the light coming from? Idk because you gave up on the background and the only sense of lighting is on her thighs, and it looks gross as hell. If the lighting is warm, the shadows will be cool. Hence why I slapped down some blue shadows on a multiply layer. Also, use that black bg to your advantage. I threw down a new layer and used the black to "carve" out the figure. Plus it makes her pop out more. Also, don't use PURE white on hair and clothing. That's not how light works.

Plan out your work. Grab a reference of someone sitting in this pose. Sketch it. Don't halfass it. And look at the angle of the face. Right now her nose looks like a shitty plastic surgery from the 70's, and her eyes look like stickers. Mouth is so tiny and barely there, I can tell you weren't confident in it. And pay attention to the forms. If she's wrapping her arms around her chest, do you think that bandage is going to be completely straight and flat across it? Fuck no. It's going to curve and hug the forms, like if her boob is being smushed against her bicep, the bandage will follow it. If you still don't get it, go get a chicken breast and handle it. Look at how the light and shadows move with it as you curve it, squish it, stretch it, etc. That's how muscle works.
