I know it's always brought up and nothing ever happens but

Can we all just fucking emigrate somewhere else?
/ic/, 4chan as a whole gets worse each year, there's not many good artists on this board anymore, the moderation is lower than it's ever been in its history and shitposting is up tenfold

You can't even make a proper thread anymore without it getting ruined by some shitposter.
Any serious discussion or study thread is not possible in the current climate of this website


We need to establish a new location to be the hub of artistic discussion and learning on the internet that has all the benefits of /ic/ while eliminating the problems it has developed in recent years
It needs to be
>free
>stable network
>actively moderated by suitably qualified people
>be large enough to produce a quality environment for discussion and studying
