The difference here is the brunette's left eye which is all kinds of fucked up now in a full sized image. The face line, lips, nose and right eye all almost match up. Which is the case since he drew both images separately, but kept the same cookie cutter female face in his mind while drawing. Try to draw two circles, chances are they'll look similar but not exactly the same.

I'm not hating on his "style" and he can draw but to deny he often draws the same female face is outrageous.
