I think you're doing great, though, after 2 weeks, I think you should move on from heads and start emulating artists and doing lots of body language studies (gesture drawing).

Head drawing takes years and years to really refine and get to a tremendous level, so it's better to keep improving your heads while studying from artists you like.

imo you've already got the basics of heads down. Just keep sketching from your skull occassional, and start studying artists. you'll be fine
