The efficiency part is a counter argument to the argument that AI can't do hands. Yes it can, it just takes some iterations. Not that different from artists who also struggle with hands.
And we aren't going to agree with the learning part. You're being bullheaded.

They do exist and I proved it. Most western cartoon characters don't even have 5 fingers. And AI can draw hands too, you aren't making a point here.
