I would add more midtones and shadow tones to the first three ones, the jump between midtone and the highlight is too great.

The second one is coming out fin on the shadow side now add more lighter tones gently. But correct the part where the cloth stripe is, gives of the feel of having "triple ass." Which could be intentional if that is someone's fetish but not relevant to this image.
