I am a generally anti-gay, anti-degeneracy (glad they are all in hell), no-fun-alllowed sperg and I'm shocked by the level of crabbing in this thread.

I was thoroughly entertained for the entire 30 minutes, the animation is WAY above "industry standards" and most of the critiques I've seen before giving up on reading the thread was "OMG TOO MUCH [THING]".
Overanimated, overdesigned, overacted, oversaturated, how about you overkill yourselves? In this day and age where the main problem with the industry is the lack of someone putting in the effort, you choose to hammer down this flamboyant devil orgy into some Family Guy production line soulless mold?

This is no Thief and the Cobbler, but there wasn't a single scene done without thought, whose sole intention was saving budget.
The only parts that really jarred me were the limousine arriving at the hotel (not an animation problem, but composition of the BG) and the sad MC a minute later with some awkward art/animation. Other than that, everything else ranges from passable to excellent.

It was very refreshing and my only concern is whether it'll be possible to keep that quality going for the rest of the series - highly unlikely.

>How would you fix its flaws?
I would redo the limousine and sad MC parts, nothing else.

Stop squabbling over nothing and direct that energy at bringing other shows to the same standard of quality - they have big executives with deep pockets behind them.

I have a major in animation if that means anything (it doesn't).
