A little more progress.

I included the 'wireframe' just to show how badly it was planned out. The head looked like someone took the face and stretched it out.

Anyway, I think it looks betterish. Still a learning process but I'm getting there.

To the anon that redlined it earlier. I think you did a good job. Shouldn't have taken it down.

Nice guess with the axe by the way. That's what he's going to have.

The reliquary isn't so much a box though, rather something built into his brigandine.
