No. The goal is to draw the head like a ball, and the facial features like you're sticking little lumps of clay on it. You're drawing the head as a flat circle instead of a ball. Real helpful advice, I know.

Draw with a thinner line, and practice drawing lines on balls that make them look round. You'll get a feel for it soon enough, it's just one of those things that require you to fiddle and experiment a little to understand.
