Yes the discord is pretty active and give critics if posted in the channel dedicated for it. We also have crit stream once or twice a year where you can submit your work and have a 10 - 15 minutes detailed critics. I don't know how many game / comic idea I have in the back burner that will probably never see the light of the day. it's always nice to have someone else to work with, I know that without a dev I can't do anything except maybe a visual novel or something simple in RPG maker.
You can try to find someone to work with hjust like Apricot and Grabstein did.

Update of the day, Lines are mostly need ( missing a bit of the bg) and messed around with some greyscale to try to have nice value. Might now have a lot of time till the week end to work on this one but will still post updates here.
