Rocking a namiki falcon. The smaller details are pen and ink though. I have an EF nib but the paper really absorbs ink and makes the ef lines into F lines.

I'm done with it, I know the shoes are too small. How can I do better next time? I'm doing a drawing every day and this is one I'm proud of right now.

I'm getting the hang of crosshatching. My question is should I follow the contour of the shapes or stick to strictly directional (as in one layer 45° to the right, another layer to the left for more darkness, horizontal then vertical for the last bit of darkest areas). I'm conflicted but I'm finding my groove.
