You say they have the same face. There is a foreigner among that set. The skull features resemble that of a Caucasoid for both the girl in black hair and blonde beauty, however the black haired girl is of Japanese descent.

Now there is the argument that all the girls to the left have similar hair color but that is for animation and the artist isn't sitting there saying to himself "Oh this girl has pink hair but in reality she has black hair because she is Japanese, yeah". It is after all just fantasy.
