Can we have a little talk about the pitfalls of procrastination?

I know what I have to do, I know all the motivational speeches, how I have to be reasonable and disciplined, even add-ons that block time-wasting sites... but somehow I fail at this, every single day, for years. It's as if I was the weakest creature in this world whenever I actually sit down beside my computer.

I'm sure many of you know this problem.
Obviously, the current tactic doesn't work.
Relying on willpower is foolish.
So how do we do this, I don't want to spend $70k to go to FZD just to have Feng beat that shit out of me - I'm not that far gone, a-am I?
Do any of you have any tips or insights that helped you fight this silent monster?
