Watch this video, at worst your stagnating, but that's just an illusion .
Being good at art is more than anatomy, it's form, value, gesture, ect. Its a lot to deal with but if you keep at it you'll make it.
You could get pretty okay on that time, but that's like 10+ hours tier.
The best way to go at it, in my experience is to just start drawing with no expectation of how long, before you know it its been 3 hours and you got an okay amount of time in!
Just keep at it no matter what
