It's weird how much trouble digital drawing gives me compared to traditional.
Like, I HATE how my work turns out in digital for some reason and I've been trying to figure it out for months.

I pulled out a sketch book and doodled a bit and it looked better to my eyes than anything I put out in the past 5 months in Digital.
I genuinely thought I forgot how to draw... It might be good for me to sketch in my sketchbook for a bit every once in a while.

It's harder to hide
It's also less convenient and versatile. I wanna make comics and I need to be really fast, and digital offers the most shortcuts

Is retiring early on property rent actually viable or just a pipe dream?
Like, a 7-8% ROI, on ~$70k property. If I get five of those, that's almost $30k/yr before expenses...

I can then just live at my grandma's house out in the boonies and have someone else manage the property.
I'm fine living anywhere as long as I get healthcare and internet.
