Currently using firealpaca/sai for watercolour paintings. But honestly, I just wish mspaint with layers existed.

I love the oekaki feel the marker brush paint has. Tried mimic it in PS with no success.

I really like the mspaint of win7/8/10. I like how the brushes feel, the texture and how limited is it. People are always shitting on me because it's my favorite program but I don't care. I'll keep using it anyways.

Funny you post that painter is your favorite, because painter is the only paid or free program (really) that brushes feel kinda like mspaint.
