Your main problem is you are not doing a copy of the source, you are using shapes that are actually not there

You should make more use of negative space to get the contour lines right


The brush looks too rough and square if you wanna go into full detail, try to blend the shadows some more


face looks wrong: mouth small, brow on the right side looks very different from the reference

hair looks unfinished, mising a chunk on the top right
