Hey dude. I made this for practice, maybe it will be of some help. I think you have focused on musculature, and little details of how the light should be hitting the muscles, where your primary focus should be on articulating the major forms of the figure and establishing a good pose.
You may not want as dramatic a pose as I have done here, but even a motionless, standing figure can look dynamic by starting the drawing with a gesture (see the red line of action in my drawing). And all that detail on the musculature is only going to detract from the drawing if you can't read the major forms of the figure - for example, in your drawing, I really can't tell what the orientation of the pelvis is.. The legs, the thingy with the loincloth on it, and the abdominal muscles aren't really cooperating as far as I can tell. BTW also I would really give more thought to the drapery - those little lines along the fabric don't really help. OK, good luck and I hope this was somewhat helpful.
