I feel weird today. I've always struggled with trying to build up colors and form when I work. I always just go straight into like overrendering and I don't like the way it looks. I like the aesthetic of things being rough, unfinished, soft, and minimalistic when it comes to color. Yet when I try my brain can't flip that switch. Even with drawing too, something that looks effortlessly simple to practice ends up looking like garbage Ex: the two line simplified anime nose, I end up adding too much structure to it and it looks weird like anime faces with realistic noses haha. just venting cuz I'm a bit bummed out, not even sure how to practice anymore.
