Very low IQ thread, hard to understand what exactly you're asking.

I'll just say that the difference between "pixelated" and "blurry" is that you can only see things getting pixelated if you zoom-in using a image editing software - in this case, the zoom will be "real", you will be seeing all pixels.

If you zoom in in a program, it isn't interested in showing you the pixels, it's interested in showing you the "best" image it can. So it will attempt to interpolate the pixels, creating what is called anti-alias. It's the same effect that Photoshop and others will apply if you try to upscale a picture. Cause upscaling is not meant for seeing the pixels, it's meant to make the picture bigger while still looking "natural". Blur is less distracting than pixelation, although obviously there is a limit to how much you can stretch before it becomes equally distracting.
