Go to danbooru and find hater_(hatater). No matter what I may think of him personally, he's good at drawing fit girls. Then there's this one, from my personal ref folder... basically, what you need is to learn how to draw girls, not trannies. But what you need before that is to draw at least okay faces and gain at least moderate anatomy knowledge.
