3. Stop comparing yourself to other people, or do, but do it in a productive, healthy way. "Ok so this anon is WAY more talented than me and has 10k followers. How does this affect me? Be honest. You can be jealous, you can seethe.

True story, I was referencing an artwork by Fellatrix for a drawthread request on /v/ and decided to send them a message on pixiv as a heads up.

What I got in return was a lot better than what I expected, (no reply) actual answers to my questions and some positive feedback.

Sometimes you luck out and remember, there's people behind all that glam, and if you're polite and modest and honest, they will help you.
