I'm a complete beginner trying to learn to paint. Any tips on what I'm missing here. I can see there's something wrong but can't tell what.

I've still got eyebrow and eyelashes to sort out, just waiting for layers to dry.

PS is it realistic to expect to be able to learn to paint a portrait to an adequate level in 3 months?

PPS any recommendations for any good you tubers or patreons I can follow as a course?
