Bouguereau at 25...bit older than the others in this thread, but still pretty impressive. He apparently was at the bottom of his class when he entered art school (he was literally ranked 100th place out of 100), then came out at the top.

If you are drawing from a model then you draw from the model, use their proportions. The 8 head model is for construction without a model.

Make sure to read the text in loomis not just the pictures
