"Beginner" to me means that you're spending more time learning than drawing. Obviously that guy still has a lot of learning to do.

I'm >>4390581 and here's my work. Also from imagination.
For what it's worth, I think it's good to mix in anime practice with anatomy/figure drawing/etc. I just think that telling people "stop drawing anime" doesn't make much sense.
