All the materials are all rendered the same way and makes it look like she's made out of clay. If something is made of metal, the highlights will be brighter and in a tighter area than if they were made of stone for example, and if they were made of plastic or vinyl they'd be stronger still.

And it looks like you're shading with black or colorizing a B&W picture, which makes it kinda boring despite being a nice drawing. Make a copy of the whole thing, make a gradient map going from warm to cool, and overlay it on top. Pic related is with a gradient map on it, but make sure to fix the materials first.
