That's fascinating to me but I'm not certain if I know what you mean. I want my art to be funny and inventive but also conversant and personable, where many details are incorrect but the ideas are fully seen through. My sketchbooks are admittedly an outgrowth of my notebooks, which contain many drawings at the header or in the margins. A number of disciplines may have cross-contaminated.
