Evelynn's rework is the best. There's not a fucking ounce of SOUL in original Evelynn's character design. She looked absolutely fucking stupid. At the very least her design tries to do something beyond "blue lady in pink bdsm gear with a big ass perm."

I also disagree about Swain. Original Swain's visual identity was far more Zaunite than Noxian General, with the Singed looking edgey "cover my lower face" collar. I think the first few passes of the splash art are amazing and sell me on the redesign but the splash art itself seems to be baked too hard in the oven with all these post processing and lighting changes.
