It's lacking A LOT of dynamism. Compare with pic related for example. You only drew the faces and a full profile perspective makes it even worst. And because of that, you didn't really think about the position of the body and of the swords. It just doesn't works.

Even technically it' not good. ear is really small. The shape of the head doesn't works. The way the hairs got draw could be better.
