This took me way too long and left me mentally exhausted, and yet it still looks off. Especially the center planes of the head threw me off

Anything that can help me exercise the planes and forms of the face? it doesn't have to be anime, I'm trying to force my head to always think in 3D, and my mind is making me revert back to draw in 2D
