promotion, grafx2, photoshop, graphicsgale, gimp, pixen...
all you have to do is adjust your photoshop setting for pixelart and it's good to go, much quicker to use and more versatile than mspaint

been pixelling for a decade. you? I pixelled for years in MSpaint, when I switched to grafx2 I was kicking myself for how much time I'd wasted in a completely inefficient program. There's literally no reason to choose MSpaint over any of the other available options.
