if your justification for learning Japanese is that it will make you better at drawing, you should just ditch the idea and draw as much as you can; otherwise you are just wasting your time. even if you have an efficient method and study for 3+ hours a day, it will take you at least a few years to get really good at Japanese. and in that time you could've just been drawing. respectfully, I assume this question comes from an indecisive copium. the single best thing you can do to get better at drawing is draw. if you genuinely have an interest in Japanese and can fit it into your schedule, by all means; otherwise you do not want to put so much time into it with a faint desire only to quit a year or so down the line with little to show for it.
