There's no gesture here, it's a static pose. Gesture is movement, action, flow. You're drawing rigid, unmoving poses.

Gesture is also not drawing the complete figure, in detail.

This is a very common mistake for beginners, but that's an awful way to approach drawing from photos or from life.
Start with something like this instead, where you're drawing the 3-D shapes that make up the figure, and don't be afraid to draw things you can't see, like the back of her head that's covered by her hair. Clean lines and focus on contour aren't nearly as important as getting the basic proportions and shapes and flow right.
