Hunting for exact reference is a sure fire way to end up doom scrolling rather than drawing. You can try using references that are related but not quite what you're looking. I had a similar issue in pic related wear I couldn't find a good reference for quad-tails on an actual person, but I could find several pig tail pics and a guide to parting hair. Usually the style can still be broken down into simple shapes you can construct from a different angle so I suggest trying that before just givving up.

I was going to put a whole pile of revolver wheels and bullets bouncing on the table using Blender, but that program's less stable than a Jenga tower in an earthquake. Instead here's some ice-cream.
