Art is anything created to convey feelings, thought or emotions. You could call it a form of communication.
A human creating a sculpture or a drawing, even a shitty or pointless looking one, seeks to convey something words cannot.

A natural landscape or a rock formation can be called beautiful, but it isn't art. An AI piecing together images when prompted like a McDonalds terminal isn't art. A banana stapled to a wall or an upside down urinal aren't art, they're (more or less relevant) statements.

Two things. First, I think you should attach yourself to a project of sort. It could be completing a drawing, doing a series of drawing, creating a comic, w/e, it'll keep you motivated as that other anon said, you won't see the hours fly by if you're obsessed by finishing a project.
Then, to avoid burnout a simple fix is to draw different things. People of different ages, male/female, background, buildings, monters, objects,... Or if you only wanna draw anime girls or something, do different poses, different colors, different perspective tricks, there's a million ways to innovate on a simple concept. It'd get boring drawing the same shit all the time.

Everytime I have mild success in social media with a piece of art I start obsessing over how to replicate that success, which ends up getting in the way of actually being creative.
Honestly I just hate the fact that I have to use social media at all, it's cool for reaching an audience and all but it's still designed to be addictive and the dopamine high I get from likes gets in the way of healthy habits. Wish I could just ignore likes and shit but I want to know how well each artwork does.

In the case of loli there's no harm done to real children, and nothing proving that loli smut turns people into pedophiles or pushes them to act on their urges. There's NO proof of that, zero, it's just like any other fetish, you're just rambling about things you don't like because you don't like them and would rather complain about it rather than getting over yourself and accepting that not everyone shares your sensibilities.
