This is a Destiny person. He does random things, mows lawn, hangs Christmas lights, stands in line, etc…

He is the victim of Spoon Thieves. They steal spoons, leave water running, lay out things for destiny people to trip up on. Like teenagers.

I haven’t drawn them yet because I don’t know what retribution Destiny’s can do to “get even.”
