Your OC needs a whole lot of things from my point of view. Your drawings on a whole,
first off learn perspective for the heads and also learn some poses for your characters they look stiff as hell. As for the OC in the post he looks meh at best blue hair blue eyes, blue things in his hands. Nothing much to comment on. Try reading some of the loomis things in the sticky and learn some of the basics. I just started as well so I'm not better than you, just giving my 2 cents and hope it helps.
