I am extremely flattered thank you! my process is nothing special first line then add base color then shadow/light sometimes I use myltiply layer. You can make the jitter brush in most programs but i use Mypaint and Infinit painter plus a normal pixel brush.

I'm flattered! painting like this is easy, all you need is a limited pallet with saturated shadows.

Mypaint and infinite painter. Any program with a jitter brush setting will do, just raise the hue and saturation a little bit. I used a pixel brush, but i think it will work similarly with other brushes.
