you see the eye first, it is inside a socked, you need a darker value on the left side of the upper eyelid, like in the photo, and the socket area goes around the eye, yours stops in the middle. also the angles of nose and mouth are different than in the ref and you can see more of the left side, than the right side, since the left ear is visible the head is more turned, take that into account when you place all the facial features. in the forehead, that is not how the skull is built, where i have put two circles, you will see in the photo there is a lighter area, study how the skull works in that area, above the brow area there are bones that come outward. check it out and show it
