Gamebookscaner on Archive is a Chinese user named Blazblue from a fighting game forum called Endlessfighting. They have a whole forum for scanning magazines, but they're mostly hidden behind registration.

There's a whole network of Chinese scanners out there that have largely not been discovered. It's really solid that this one guy is uploading his scanning collection to archive since they're solid scans and good books.
