I was drawing for several years with ink (pen, disposable stylographs, brush), that sure helped me to better control the lines. I'm picking up the pencils again because I had left them aside a lot, I practically didn't use them, I only used mechanical pencils, so what I did the most was precisely lines. Although I obviously didn't stop painting the drawings because of this, but the graphite pencils were the least used

The first lines I make very clear, I don't know if in a bad photo they would be seen, but if they weren't erased they would be like those of these two drawings I made for the previous thread. That's how the base would be (without the shadows), from there I see how I continue. The drawing may lose a bit of spontaneity but it can help you to improve it a bit. Although the ideal would be to do well those first lines, but I got used to it and the truth is that taking a few more minutes doesn't bother me.

Marking the lines a lot also helps me not to lose them, because I always give a general tone to the drawing, and if they are very clear they end up combining with that tone. But it's all a matter of taste, you should see if it serves you something I mention

I turned up the tones on the first one, it was another four and a half minutes. It looked more clear than it is, the paper is actually white
