i suggest a more dynamic pose, thicker arms, and fingers that aren't that pointy (although i still struggle with hands lmfao)
also try to have a ref of the character next to you while you're drawing & that might help

my attempt at anime anatomy turned out kinda flat too but i hope it helps anyways
