Practice drawing cross contour lines around basic shapes (spheres, cylinders, etc).

You can even take a photo of something and draw cross contour lines around it. That's the sort of stuff I did that helped me feel forms.

Thanks a lot for the advice, I didn't think about the layering technique. I did try to follow the shapes as I was drawing however but I guess the wonky shading kind of mask it.

A lot of our shitposters are probably relatively normal elsewhere, but the second they come to /ic/ they turn into crying, insecure, vindictive manchildren.
