The only issues you could find there are that:
- Due to the internet and communication in general improving, more people can dabble into art, and also showcase their creations to a wider audience than artists back then
- Due to photography becoming a thing and postmodernism (which is a devil in and of itself)'s influence, many artists now pursue to depict abstractions and subjective things, not explicit and objective things like people, landscapes or what have you
Neither mean that the kind of art made on the left (or in the middle for that matter) stopped being made. Hell, look at Proko, or the Watts Atelier, they're making academic knowledge more accessible than it ever would've been one or two hundred years ago. If you're looking for art with that kind of technical rigor, it's out there, you just have to know where to look. But if you just wanna bitch about how all art nowadays isn't like atelier art, I can't help you there.
