I don't usually draw butts so take it with a grain of salt.
I think the problem is simply in the form. It looks a bit like her right cheek is popping off of her body, and maybe her left cheek is too rounded.
i think, if it was my drawing, I would give her buttocks a wider towards the bottom shape and try to make them look more "connected" to the legs, I think making them pop off too much makes it seem like it's separated from the rest of the body.
I also made an attempt with a more prominent butt (*), as I think that may be closer to what you wanted to do, but idk.
I can't pull off foreshortening so I can't help you there
