I'm more afraid of what private corps and governments can do with this tech. Shit, they're already doing it and won't stop, ofc, but at the very least some regulation is needed so that not anyone with an inkling of reading comprehension can do some real harm with that. There's real degens out there. Photographic evidence for instance will be history in legal terms if the machine is good enough, which it will be. The arts are the least of my concerns when it comes to regulating shit like this, but it's an important start.
